Reservation Info
Our cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, with (2) sleeper sofas.  We do provide towels and linens, but you will have to change them yourself and wash them if need be.  There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. 

Our rates are:

  • $115 / night for (2) adults + (2) kids under 16 yrs. 
  • $715 / week for the above
  • $16 / night for each additional person
  • 7% NC State sales tax added
  • Additional discounts are available for extended stays
  • Rates and minimum stays increase for holidays and Leaf Season (Oct.) 
  • Rent Deposit required to confirm a reservation 
  • Security Deposit required for pets and extended stays
All rentals will be made under a rental agreement in accordance with the Vacation Rental Act (NC General Statutes).  A copy will be sent to any interested parties and must be reviewed as part of the reservation process.  This agreement will cover such information as deposits, check in and out, collection of rent, use of property, and rights of tenant and owner. 

Pets may stay outside, but the porch and front deck are gated for their safety.  If they are afraid of raccoons, possum, the dark, or an occasional deer, you can leave an outside light on.  They are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please contact us by phone at 828.299.7204 and leave your name / number, or e-mail us at  mtncabin@charter.net with your schedule and group size.  We will get back to you with rates, availability, and a rental agreement.  A deposit of 1/3 will hold your reservations. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards. 

So come relax at English Heifer Cove.  You may not want to leave!
